ABOUT us
We are so excited that you are interested in life coaching! Chad and I met in Jacksonville, FL, took a detour to Rochester, MN so that I could pursue a dream job at Mayo Clinic working in inpatient psychiatry, before the cold and desire to be close to our family and friends brought us back to the beach.

Our shared work experiences include education, inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, and residential substance abuse treatment. We seek to combine past and current experience, local resources, and an unwavering desire to help mentor your teens through today's world.

Program info
The Pathfinders Life Coaching program is designed to help teens identify and reach their own goals. We partner with teens to build self-confidence, identify supports, and gain skills that they will continue to use after high school.
Areas of focus include relationships with family and friends, academics, healthy habits, risky behaviors, and challenging limiting beliefs.

Coaches will meet with teens and their parents prior to the start of group programming to discuss the course in more detail. Parents are also encouraged to join in both parent groups as the program progresses.

Pathfinders is designed to coincide with the school year, with the recommendation to commit to at least 1 academic year. Spaces are limited, but should there be interest to join Pathfinders mid semester, every effort will be made to create additional group programming opportunities.

Life coaching is not therapy nor substance use treatment. While it may supplement what a teen is already doing, it is not meant to replace more targeted mental health treatment.
